Breathwork for Inner Child Healing: Nurturing the Inner Self
Breathwork Journeys with Sitara
A Conscious Connecting Breathwork Journey is a powerful and transformative breathing practice that helps participants access and explore higher states of consciousness. Through guided breathwork session participants will tap up to their inner power, access clarity and insights. This journey provides an opportunity for deep healing, profound release and connection with the deepest parts of oneself.
Breath is used as a safe bridge to move between parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems, between tension and resource. With every inhale we charge the body and with the exhale we release what doesn’t serve us anymore.
This workshop will provide you a safe space to let go, a space where youwe can connect with your deeper self. Learning to show anger, pain, sadness, and fear in healthy ways is a part of healing.
Affrimations, Breathwork, Journaling, Music , Nature and community!
All in one night!
Breathwork for Inner Child Healing: Nurturing the Inner Self
The Inner Child Breathwork Workshop is a transformative and nurturing experience designed to help you reconnect with the essence of your inner child. This workshop designed by Sitara combines the power of conscious breathing techniques with the intention of healing and integrating your inner child.
Participants are guided to explore and release suppressed emotions, unresolved traumas, and limiting beliefs that may have originated in childhood. By consciously reconnecting with the breath, the workshop creates a safe space for deep introspection and healing.
The workshop also incorporates therapeutic exercises, guided visualizations, downloads and group sharing to foster a supportive and nurturing environment. Participants are invited to express their feelings, share their insights, and receive validation and support from others who are on a similar journey of inner child healing.
Please note that while breathwork can be a powerful tool for personal growth and healing, it is essential to work with experienced and trained facilitators to ensure that you are in a safe and supportive environment when exploring these techniques.
Who is this for?
This journey workshop is open to anyone, no prior breathwork experience needed. Come with an open heart and an open mind, ready to experience the frequency of your own electromagnetic being! * Please read the IMPORTANT segment before you sign up.
What can people expect
This is deeply cathartic experience. Because Breathwork is an embodied somatic practice, it allows for a deep release of whatever has been stuck in the body and mind. Breathwork has the ability to help us heal – mentally, emotionally, physically, energetically, spiritually – not from someone or something outside of us, but from the inside, from within. Learning to breath deeply and fully gives us access to our own life force energy, also called our Chi or Prana and empowers us to become our own healers and to have agency and sovereignty over our health and wellbeing.
