Yoga by the River is a 90 minutes Yoga Experience that happens every Monday at The MoveMent Oasis with different Experiences.
Yoga of the Heart
Opening the heart can happen in many ways. In Yoga of the Heart, we will Move from our heads and down into our hearts through the power of postures, breath, meditation and conscious touch.
The exercises that we will be exploring through out this 90 minute class will not only affect the physical structure of our bodies but also the emotional and energetic center of our chest which is what we call the Anahata or heart chakra in Yoga.
This class will leave us filled with love, compassion, acceptance, gratitude, respect and reverence for others and most importantly for ourselves.

Luis completed his 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher training in the Spring of 2016 and is now a 200 Hour Expert Registered Yoga Teacher.
In addition to teaching traditional Hatha Yoga, Luis is also a Thai Bodywork practitioner, photographer, writer and founder of the Sacred Spiritual Journey in Egypt which is a 12 day experience through the temples of Egypt and the human Chakra system.
Luis teaches Handstands and Arm-Balance workshops, Acro/Partner Yoga, Yin Restorative Yoga, Pranayama (Breathwork), Meditation as well as a courses on Yoga philosophy.
