Yoga by the River is a 90 minutes Yoga Experience that happens every Monday at The MoveMent Oasis with different Experiences.
Live Music Yoga
An ethereal yoga experience inspired by a musical flow led by Kira Alvarado infusing Power Vinyasa, Yin yoga and meditation alongside Fabian Hernandez playing a live assortment of instruments and chanting mantras.
Together they will bring you on a vibrationally aligned journey dancing between Yang and Yin energies to relax your body and energize your spirit.
Throughout the class there will be acoustic instruments as well as chanting happening alongside a musical track tailored just for such experience.
